I'm Chris Courneen, SVP & Global Head of HR (CHRO) at MSI and a board advisor. I build and operationalize AI at enterprise scale, and I speak on AI, leadership, and the future of work.

What this is. A place for a community of leaders to learn from each other: ask each other questions, trade ideas, and share what's working. It's also where I keep my session resources: my slides, the tools I've built, and the tools I use and recommend. Take what's useful; add what you know.

Add The Green Room to your home screen

One tap on your home screen: the resources, the boards, and announcements, opening full-screen like an app. No browser bar, no bookmark to dig for. Takes about fifteen seconds, and once it's on there you never have to come back to this page to get in.

iPhone & iPad Your device

  1. Open chriscourneen.com/hub/ in Safari. It has to be Safari, not Chrome or another browser, or the Add to Home Screen option won't appear.
  2. Tap the Share icon, the square with an arrow pointing up. On newer iPhones it's tucked behind the ••• (More) button next to the address bar, so tap that first, then Share. You may need to tap View More to see everything.
  3. Scroll down the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. If you see an Open as Web App toggle, leave it on. That's what makes it launch full-screen like an app instead of opening back inside Safari.
  5. Tap Add in the top-right corner. The Green Room icon now lives on your home screen.
  6. Open it from that new icon, then tap Allow when it asks about notifications, so you hear back on your questions and don't miss announcements.

Android Your device

  1. Open chriscourneen.com/hub/ in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ (three dots) menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Add to Home screen. Some phones show Install app instead, either one works.
  4. Tap Add or Install to confirm. The Green Room icon now lives on your home screen.
  5. Open it from the new icon, then tap Allow when it asks about notifications.

On iPhone, notifications work only from the installed app (iOS 16.4 or later), so add it to your home screen first, then open it from the new icon to turn them on.

Post anonymously, or add your name, your call. Upvote the questions you most want answered, and the top ones rise.
